Dear climbing community,
finally the time has come. After a long wait you can now show what you are made of at our new calisthenics facility. The facility has everything your heart desires. Wall bars, ladder, bars in different heights, bench for abdominal training and double bars.
What is CALISTHENICS?
Calisthenics is a form of physical training without special sports equipment, such as dumbbells, jump ropes, etc.. Only your own body weight is used. Individual muscles are strengthened and the interaction and efficiency of the individual body regions are trained.
